- parcels sent COD (cash on delivery) will not be accepted by the seller;
- the warranty does not apply after the warranty period has expired, nor does it apply to damage caused by natural causes such as lightning strikes, overvoltage in the LV grid, flooding, impact and thermal damage, misuse (against the operating manual), incorrect connection of other peripherals and any alterations and changes to the design;
- the seller is required to respond to the claim within 14 days of being served; upon failure to respond, the buyer’s claim shall be deemed valid.
