Adding guest access

The Green Wallbox app allows you to grant guest access for a specific period of time: for example, for a neighbor, an employee in your company or hotel guests.

To gain guest access, you must first create your own account. Once it’s created, we can add the charger to our app using a QR code or access data obtained from the charger’s owner.

For guest access, control of the charger is only possible with a Bluetooth connection. A person with guest access will not be able to remotely control the charger, even if it is connected to a WiFi network.

From the home screen menu, select the device to which you want to add guest access.

Go to the application’s settings by clicking on the two cogwheel icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

In the settings, select “Manage access.”

Select the “Guest Access” option.

To add a new guest access, click the plus button in the lower right corner of the screen.

Enter the guest user’s name and access validity date. You can also turn off the expiration date – access will then be valid until you delete it in the application.

When you add access, you will receive the data you need to provide to the new user.
