Connecting the Energy Monitor to the Green Wallbox 2 Pro

Disconnect the power supply from the charger before proceeding.
The energy meter should be installed upstream of the entire building’s electrical system.

The charging station should be installed by a professional
with country- or region-specific electrician’s license.
The charger’s owner is liable for having the electrical wiring system
installed by a properly licensed electrician.

Remove the retaining bolts of the wallbox front panel.

Slide the front panel down and clear of the wallbox.

Cut out one of the two small blanks.

Terminate the cable with an RJ10 connector by following the wire colour pinout on the diagram to the side. On the other end of the connection, connect the wires to the meter’s screw terminals as shown in the diagram.

Plug the RJ10 connector installed on the cable to the port on the charger’s main circuit board (see the figure to the side).

Reinstall the front panel of the charger.

Retighten the retaining bolts.

Configuration via the mobile app

Dynamic charging – enable this option using the slider.

Power Meter – choose the type
of the connected power meter.

Maximum current – specify the maximum
current load specified in your connection
agreement from the utility or the main
circuit breaker current capacity.

charging current (6A is default).

Eco charging

Eco charging – this feature enables
charging the vehicle from the generated
surplus power exported to the grid.

Standard – this feature enables
charging the vehicle with minimum
6A of current. If the surplus power
exported to the grid is higher than 6A,
the charging power will be increased accordingly to the surplus power output.
