Make sure your charger is paired to your phone via Bluetooth before updating.
Go to the home screen menu and select the charger you want to update.
Go to the charger settings by clicking on the two gear wheels in the top right corner.
From the settings menu, select Service Settings.
If an update is available, select Update. The update can take up to 5 minutes; do not close the app or go away from the charger until the update is complete. Once the update is complete, reboot the charger and verify that its software is up to date.
